ARRR OHHH ICHHH (le cri des guerriers de la salle) 🏋️‍♂️😅. . 🎯Le deadlift est un exercice de base super intéressant mais souvent mal exécuté, parlons-en . Sur l'image nous pouvons voir deux exécutions, une qui fait référence à une POULIE et l'autre à une CANNE À PÊCHE. Il n'est pas nécessaire de préciser que la méthode poulie est la plus efficace et la moins dangereuse. . 👎En effet lorsque vous essayez de tirer le poisson avec la canne à pêche, la majeure partie du stress est placée sur la perche (le dos) elle-même, tandis que le pêcheur (les jambes) est essentiellement collé au sol. Si vous essayez d'attraper un plus gros poisson, la perche se pliera jusqu'à ce qu'elle se casse. ⁣. 👍Par ailleurs, si vous agissez sur le soulevé comme une poulie cela devient beaucoup plus sûr. La poulie (votre dos) ne bouge pas, elle est bloquée, elle est reste fixe. Évidemment, celle-ci supporte le poids mais la charge est portée et accrochée à la corde, qui est tirée par la mécanique (vos jambes). La «traction» se fait bien par vos jambes. . ➡️ D'autres petits conseils pour une meilleure exécution : - Maîtrisez la flexion des hanches (dos droit) - Approchez les tibias proches de la barre lors de la prise - Alignez les épaules haut dessus de la barre - Alignez la tête avec le reste de la colonne vertébrale - Réalisez une extension de hanches et genoux simultanée avec la barre proche du corps = sur la descente, flexion hanches genoux simultanée. ⁣⁣. 🤔CONFUSIÓN MUSCULAR🤔 . 👉La confusión muscular se basa que debes cambiar tu rutina en cada entrenamiento para “confundir” el músculo y crear más estrés para que el cuerpo nunca se adapte. . 🏋️‍♂️La verdad es que esto no es suficiente. Primero cuando aprendes un ejercicio nuevo necesitas adaptaciones neuromusculares. De esta forma puedes hacer las coordinaciones con los músculos correctos y hacer el ejercicio como es debido. . 💪Si siempre estás cambiando de ejercicio no vas a tener práctica necesaria para ejecutarlo como es debido. Una vez que lo haces correctamente entonces te enfocas en progresar para ganar músculo. . ❌Si tu rutina contiene ejercicios compuestos una semana y luego la otra no, se te va hacer muy difícil de progresar. Así que mantenerte cambiando de ejercicio no es algo inteligente. . 📊Así que trata de mantener los ejercicios de tu programa de entrenamiento.
